  At Evoke, we believe in a relationship built on mutual respect. Unlike many luxury salons, we do not charge automated cancellation fees. We understand that your time is valuable and that "life happens." In return, we simply ask for a 24-hour courteous notice should you need to adjust your reservation.

To protect the dedicated time of our artisans and the experience of our other guests, we observe the following grace-period guidelines:

• Last-Minute Cancellations: We operate on a "Three Strike" philosophy. If a cancellation occurs on the day of the appointment more than three times within a single calendar year, we will require that all future reservations be pre-paid in full at the time of booking.
• Missed Appointments (No-Shows): For those rare instances where an appointment is missed without notice, we offer a two-strike grace period. Should a third "No-Show" occur, we will respectfully discontinue our professional relationship and will no longer be able to accept future service requests.

Our stylists’ schedules are meticulously curated to provide you with undivided attention; these policies ensure we can continue to provide that level of excellence to every guest who walks through our Salon doors.

 To ensure the integrity of your hair and the precision of our artistry, we recommend arriving with hair washed within the previous 24 to 48 hours. Please arrive with your hair in its natural state—free of heavy styling products, root concealers, or restrictive elastics—so your stylist can accurately assess your natural fall and texture. 

 We believe in transparency without compromising on quality. Our listed rates serve as a starting invitation; however, because every guest is a new canvas, final pricing may adjust based on your hair’s specific needs and the intricacy of the craft. A comprehensive breakdown will always be discussed during your curated consultation to ensure total alignment. 

 We view our work as a masterpiece that lives beyond our walls. High-street or "diverted" products often contain harsh surfactants and heavy silicones that compromise the brilliance of your color and the health of the cuticle. To protect your investment, we exclusively curate pH-balanced, professional-grade formulations available in our Gallery. 

 We have plenty of parking space and easy to walk, only one step that leads onto the establishments front walk.

 Yes. True to our name, Evoke is a rotating space for local and regional artists. If a piece in our collection speaks to you, please inquire with our Concierge for pricing and artist details. We believe beauty should be evoked in all its forms.
